During the session

Part 1: Knowledge Check

Ask attendees these questions to ensure they understand the topic:

What are the key areas to consider when negotiating agreements involving AI?
What are main factors to consider regarding the use of customer data for training AI models?
How is ownership of AI input and output typically handled between providers and customers?
How are different types of providers approaching indemnification for IP infringement by AI outputs, and what factors affect whether and how much indemnification they're willing to provide?
What types of high-risk uses are typically restricted in AI agreements, and why do providers include these restrictions?

Part 2: Group Exercise
Lead a group discussion based on the exercise. To encourage collaboration, divide the attendees into groups to discuss the exercise, then have a representative from each group summarize their views to the larger group. Call on people to share their thoughts and ask others to respond.
